Wynford Farm Park reserves the right to change, at any time and without notice, any part of our terms & conditions. Any such update will supercede any previous versions of our terms & conditions, including but not limited to those written below.
Wynford Farm Park also reserves the right to refuse entry for any reason at management discretion.
Terms & Conditions of Entry

All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No exceptions.

Choose a date on the booking system for accurate online booking prices. There are Weekday/School Term-Time prices, Weekend and Holiday prices, and Event prices depending on when you visit and what you want to get involved in 🙂

The best prices are always online as advertised. On the door Tickets will cost extra and are not guaranteed as Ticket numbers are limited and can sell out online.

Only food and drink purchased at Wynford Farm Park may be consumed on site. (Baby food and allergies we cannot accommodate for are the exceptions. For Allergen advice see Café page for downloadable chart)

Please wear Socks at all times including in the Soft Play and on the Jumping Pillows

We have a Zero Tolerance Policy toward rude, destructive or disruptive behaviour. Children or Adults displaying such behaviours will be asked to leave and will be banned from returning.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING is permitted anywhere on site except the Smoking Shelter provided.

Alcohol and illicit drugs are not permitted anywhere on site. Anyone believed to have taken these substances will be ejected from the premises and banned indefinitely.

Wynford cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. This includes within the Car Park.

Please remove sharp objects before entering play areas, in particular the soft play and jumping pillows

Please Wash your hands frequently, particularly when leaving animal areas and before entering food service or play areas, using the Hand Wash Stations provided. (Hand Gel is also provided indoors but is supplementary, NOT a substitute for Hand Washing.)

If you or any member of your party have any symptoms or feel unwell please stay/go home and come back another day after an appropriate isolation period

Any form of abuse will not be tolerated

Wristbands must be worn at all times. Random checks may take place and those without wristbands may be asked to leave or purchase admission.

Avoid crowded areas – There’s 20 acres of fun for everyone 🙂

Bookings cannot be moved on the day of the booking.

Please check your receipts. Any transactional issues must be dealt with on the day of your visit or before, i.e. accidental overcharge, booking too many Tickets, etc. Corrections cannot be dealt with after that date.
Cancellation Policy

Refunds cannot be issued.

Bookings cannot be moved on the day of the booking.

Only in exceptional circumstances a booking may be moved at management discretion if a written request is made, by email or Facebook, at least 48 hours before your booking. Emails received on the day of or after your booking cannot be accepted. £5.95 Change of Date Fee will apply.

Bookings cannot be moved retrospectively, if you have missed your booking you have missed your tickets.

Bookings cannot be moved for inclement weather.

In the unlikely event of a closure of the business on the date of your booking, a Gift Code for the full value of your Tickets will automatically be issued by email to all affected Bookings through the booking system. This will allow you to re-book through our website at your convenience. You will not be required to get in touch to process this.

Wynford Farm Park has a zero tolerance policy for rude, abusive, or aggressive behaviour towards team members and other visitors. Wynford Farm Park reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or ban entry to any individuals who fail to adhere to terms and conditions of entry or for any other reason.

Health & Safety Policy

Your health is our top priority, and we have put special measures in place to keep all visitors safe.
Here are some bits of information we’d like you to know:
Before arriving at the Farm

Bring wellies and waterproofs for maximum fun!

Make sure you have directions before you head off.

If you or anyone in your group feel unwell, please do not visit.
When you arrive

HAVE FUN! Life can be a little too serious sometimes.

There are Toilets and Hand Wash Stations situated throughout the farm, please use these upon entry and exit to all animal contact areas. Hand Gels are not an effective substitute against a number of diseases.

We advise anyone who is or may be pregnant to avoid contact with Sheep/Goat and Lambs/Kids. And to exercise caution around animals for your health and safety.

Animal Contact Advice
All animals naturally carry a range of bugs, some of which can be passed on to humans, where they may cause ill health. One of these bugs is E coli 0157, which can cause severe illness. In order to keep your group safe, please follow this advice when at the farm:

Children and Adults must wash their hands with Soap and Water, and dry thoroughly before entering and leaving Animal Contact Areas. Hand Gels are not an effective substitute for hand washing. Hand gels do not kill a number of diseases. Children should be supervised while washing hands to ensure good practices.

Children must be supervised at all times throughout the Farm Park.

Anyone who is or may be pregnant should avoid contact with Sheep, goats, lambs, and kids.

Wash your hands after your touch or feed an animal.

Wash your hands after touching railings, fencing, or any part of an enclosure.
-
Do not allow children to suck their fingers or put anything in their mouth when they are in Animal Contact Areas.

Children must not touch the animals or railings if they suck their fingers for their own well being.
-
Dummies should not be re-used if they touch the floor, railings, or fences until they have been sterilised.
-Do not eat food or drink whilst in Animal Contact Areas. -
If given instruction by a member of staff, please ensure you follow it, as it is for the safety of both our visitors and the animals.
While we have taken every reasonable precaution for your health and safety, there are still risks involved in all forms of animal contact. By proceeding with your booking you are agreeing that you understand and accept these risks.

These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
