Our happy team take a huge amount of pride in creating a friendly and fun atmosphere for all of our visitors, big or small! No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided, but a big smile and can do attitude are absolute musts 🙂

Wynford Farm Park is a big place with a lot to offer! We will start you off in the Café while we build up your training, experience, and confidence across all stations, including Barista level coffee training, cleaning, food service, till & money handling, and reception duties.

Once you are trained up and confident, we rotate duties so that you get opportunities and experience in a broad range of tasks throughout the business to develop your skill set (and we find it’s much more fun to change things up!)

We believe that in life you get out what you put in, and so if you’d like to become more involved with what we offer there are many opportunities to do just that!

If you’d like to be trained up to help host the MOST FUN Birthday Parties in the North East we’ll get you involved.

If you love to create magical experiences for families you can be a Mascot for one of our big events throughout the year.

Here at Wynford Farm Park, when it comes to Christmas we go BIG! With the biggest (and best!) Santa’s Grotto experience in the North East!

If you think you’ve got what it takes to bring a little magic to Christmas, we’ve got the suit, the beard, the Elves, the experience, and the training to get you started!

Our Grotto runs Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from the last weekend in November, right through to Christmas, and we’re looking to expand our offering! You don’t require to be available for every date, but some availability during these dates is essential.

You’ll have the help of our talented and experienced Elves from start to finish who will handle all the organisation – you just need to focus on bringing the magic of Christmas! We’ve got lots of magic, tips, and tricks to teach – but there’s LOTS of room to add your own spin and sprinkle your own magic!

We run Birthday Parties every weekend and a whole host of events throughout the year including Wynford Dino Farm, Easter Eggstravaganza, Halloween Spooktacular, and the BIGGEST event of the year our Santa’s MEGA Grotto Experience!

As a Birthday Party Host you will gather together your guest list of kids, warm them up ready for the party room, serve their food, play party games, and dance like no one is watching!

As an Event runner you would be involved in the set up, running, and breakdown of a whole host of events, and at Christmas you’ll become one of Santa’s hard working Elves (you’ll need to earn your Elf Name!) giving children a TRULY MAGICAL experience.
