Is Soft Play OPEN?

YES! HOORAY!

Soft Play is included with any All Day Ticket but is limited to 1 hour timed sessions and some government rules remain in place.

Do we need Face Mask?

Yes, it is mandatory to wear a Face Covering in all indoor areas.

When are you open?

Wednesday-Sunday from 10am-5pm and on School Holidays.

The Café is open 10am-3pm approx for Hot Food, and 10am-4.30pm approx for hot drinks, snacks, and the Toy Shop

Do we have to Book ONLINE?

It’s strongly recommended. Spaces are limited and it will speed up the check-in process on the day.

On-the-Door Tickets are only released if there are Tickets left, and online Tickets sell out regularly!

Is the Café open?

Yes! Our Café is OPEN with a large number tables & chairs spread throughout three main areas for a nice relaxed meal.

The Café is open 10am-3pm approx for Hot Food, and 10am-4.30pm approx for hot drinks, snacks, and the Toy Shop

As well as the Café, the outdoor Kiosk is serving barista style Coffees, Teas & Hot Drinks, Freshly Baked PIZZAS, Snacks, Cold Drinks, ICE CREAMS and more!

I’ve had my jabs. Do I still need to follow the rules?

YES.  All of our rules and measures apply to everyone equally.

Are the Animals on show?

Yes! All of our Animal Areas are OPEN!

Animal Feed Bags are be available for £1 from the Vending Machines in the Animal Barn, which accepts COINS.

Can I bring in Food?

Not unless you have dietary requirements which we cannot accommodate. We’ve gone to great lengths to ensure that we can provide as wide as possible a range of food and drink options, and we have a hard working team we must support.

Are the Toilets open?

Yes! All of our toilets are open, indoor and out, with extra cleaning and distance measures in place.

When can I book a Party at Wynford? (update 11/8/21)

We’re working on this as quick as we can. We have a much smaller team than we used to and the summer is our busiest period so we will get information out and booking slots available as soon as we possibly can – we LOVE parties and they were a very big part of  the business before Covid-19 so we’re just as excited as you to start them up again! 🙂

Announcements will be made on social media and our website as soon as we can 🙂

If I miss my booking, can I move it or get a refund?

I’m afraid not. We’re running on a limited capacity at the moment after very long periods with no income and continued increasing costs. If you’ve missed your booking, you’ve missed your Tickets.

Bookings cannot be moved on the day of the booking. A booking may be moved if a written request is made, by email or Facebook, before 12 midday the day before your booking. Change the date fees will apply. Refunds cannot be issued for inclement weather or no-shows. Bookings cannot be moved retrospectively.

Should there be another lockdown or other Scottish Government measure (including Test & Protect) requiring businesses to close due to Covid-19, we will automatically refund all affected pre-booked Tickets through the booking system, directly to the card used for the transaction. You will not be required to get in touch to process this. Refunds cannot be issued for any other reason.
